    Yea MRD was given a lot of love when it comes to animations. i tought it was for all jobs. I guess i gotta try my PGL and ARC.

    What i do not like id PGL "fists of fire" does not have a fire effect on the hands like Iron fist from marvel comics or when u punch something it does not have a burning animation. that should add that. Other then that im really happy so far.

    pug has a slightly new animation for haymaker, but its kind of a slow punch, sooo dunno how new it will feel. I too wish that pug had a visual effect for its skills, not only would it be cool, but it reminds you that you have a mp draining skill going on, and which one it is without having to look at the hud.

    Pugilist animations are still pretty bad, although they did change the Haymaker animation from what I can tell, although I think it's just Victimize in another skin. Here's to hoping patch 1.21 does the trick.

    I definitely agree about the fire hue when using fists of Fire or Earth. The abilities are pretty awesome, but I think they should give your fists a flaming aura when hitting an enemy perhaps and when using Fists of Earth, have a sort of stone barrier pop up each time you take damage as a pugilist. When evading using feather foot, they should probably have an evade animation with a shadow clone of you dispelling or something when you successfully evade an attack with it.

    Come on devs, please add a bit of pizzazz to me n' my pugilist brothers and sisters!

    Its actually different, and its actually sort of cool, however, it is cool as a different animation, not so much cool over all. I agree, i hope that almost all animations become unique now, or at the very least all the class specific ones.

    so for pug that would be pounce aura and howling fist. i could imagine an interesting one for punce, and id probably go with some sort of power up looking animation for aura pulse. howling fist in all honest will probably always be another slow punch type even if it gets a unique animation.

    which reminds me, we dont get seismic shock or anything seismic like, that was one of teh cooler pug ones, they will probably steal it and give it to drgs...

    my friend told me, the animation is there, its just not on doomspike any more, i think he said its on full or heavy thrust or something. The one you use when you miss

    yeah just tested it out the animation is a part of full thrust now, so i doubt they are saving it. Not sure why the switch, but since penta is almost guaranteed to miss, it can act as a 4 part of the combo since you will probably have more than 250 tp at that point,

    I thought that was it. Cause on MRD they changed the animation from "Storms path" to "Path of storms". So mab people need to do all the WS before bitching lol.

    Haven't actually missed since the update, but its not heavy thrust. Feint and Full Thrust are the miss attacks, but that Animation just Screamed DOOMSPIKE!. I mean it was like you spiked the ground with your spear.

    Recycling, lazy...

    Revamping, makes no sense really if you going to revamp the animation why not just keep the current one and have another revamped one for the new skill?

    Remove it to use it later, lazy..

    Probably some limitations bs excuse in there that we have to wait until x patch x months away or x version.

    My honest guess would be, that they have a new animation planned for doomspike long term, so they already moved it to a stock animation. They want full thrust to have the doomspike animation. either that or it was an unintended bug.

    Its not really any lazier than anything else honestly. in fact it may have required extra effort to link doomspike with a new animation. So its probably just a style choice, or a long term plan, like how they ninja d damage being effected by dex for archers in 1.19 in prep of 1.20

    What i really wonder though, is how long is it going to take for them to get the new animations in? 1.21? 1.22? or is it something not slated to change until 2.0
