Equipment Macros

In resetting my post patch equipment macros, numerous times not all items equipped. I hit the macro again, and it equips.

1. this happened numerous times after changing equipment macro's

Also, I used no auto-transalte text in my macros. I know the macros are correctly set up, because each time it executed properly on the 2nd command issuance. Generally, it was only 1 (maybe 2, I don't remember now) equipment piece that did not properly equip.
