Except that we'd still need to run them for tomestones as tomestone gear is what you need for your main and this would only help your second jobs.
But again the tomestones are for your main. I dont think ppl are using dungeon gear for main jobs mostly for their second jobs. But maybe I'm wrong in which case i can see why they wouldnt change itProbably because while leveling, you need that gear more, and i can speak from experience about leveling some jobs in HW and going several runs without seeing something drop for my job. That makes later dungeons even rougher, as i am behind in levels. The 70 ones, you are getting tomes, so even if you don't get a drop, you are still going to something that will help you get gear.
