    Unable to obtain character data due to server congestion

    Have tried both my normal internet connection through Comcast and my Verizon Hotspot and any time I log in I get to the character select screen and it shows my characters name in the top corner but in the middle of the screen it says "Unable to obtain character data due to server congestion."

    When I then try to select my character and log in, I am brought to a queue but my place in queue never changes even when the queue box refreshes. I have tried checking with Comcast and while they said they were experiencing technical issues that would limit my connectivity I am still getting the same issue when using my Verizon hotspot.

    I need help please as I am unable to log in to game from my home while other people on Gilgamesh and my fellow Free company mates are in the game just fine.

    Also created a ticket and my ticket # is 7219141

    Was able to get it but took at least an hour of queue time on a smaller queue

    This occasionally happens to me when I get kicked from the servers. The only fix I have found so far is to just close down the game completely and wait for an hour or so.
