I'm sorry but ability tooltips doesn't explain it clearly like other people have. Even ur post is quite difficult to understand no offense.

How is my post difficult to understand? It's about as simplified as it possibly can be and should make perfect sense if you actually go read up on what your spells and abilities do.

RDM tooltips are very straight-forward and the only thing you might have to research further is proc optimization and raid buff timings.
