RDM Rotation

RDM rotation:
-Fast spell → Slow spell (instant because of dual cast)
-Keep mana balanced
-When 80+ mana use melee combo
-To maximize dmg/mana generation, use procs

AoE rotation:
-Spam Scatter
-When 90+ mana use Enhanced Moulinet

PS. Read your ability tooltips.

I'm sorry but ability tooltips doesn't explain it clearly like other people have. Even ur post is quite difficult to understand no offense.
