Acceleration> veraero or thunder> rotation starts, this is for pre-pulls before tank will grab boss as example so by the time he does gran your attack will have hit.
You really want your black and white mana only a few points away from each other and if one is ever so slightly off you can use impact.
After your mellee combo it is best to work up your mana to 50 or as close as possible before using manification
