RDM rotation:
-Fast spell → Slow spell (instant because of dual cast)
-Keep mana balanced
-When 80+ mana use melee combo
-To maximize dmg/mana generation, use procs

AoE rotation:
-Spam Scatter
-When 90+ mana use Enhanced Moulinet
