Thinking about transfering and housing question!

Me and some friends have been contemplating transfering in from Balmung, queue times and dcs there are so massive it's simply demotivating. And I believe it's a bad omen specially for someone that wants a house like me when it's available.
How's the housing there in Coeurl? I really want to have a fair chance of getting a house in Shirogane if I move

I just moved from Balmung. When I arrived on Monday night, I looked and there were about 10 small plots for 1.8M each in Goblet, there was 1 Mid plot for 15M in Goblet. There were no plots in Mist and I didn't check Lavender Beds cause that's where my old FC house was on Balmung and I'm tired of it. It is definitely much more accessible than on Balmung and I don't know if Shirogane will sell out in minutes like it will undoubtedly on Balmung.

The housing here isn't too bad, being a smaller server and all plots are generally up for longer/there's more of a grace period if you can't get on right away when housing the new housing comes. That being said, if you do decide to come to Coeurl, Nem Deorum has room for any and all of your friends that may come with.
