Can't post in most parts of forum

I have been a member since 2014 (and even longer, technically, before Square Enix accounts even existed) and have never been able to post anything in the forums. (aside from the beta forums, that is) Actually, this is the first time I have been able to post even here. When I try, it tells me I don't have permission. My main character set on my profile is level 50 and there is no other information about what could be causing this and no contact forms on the forum so it's an issue I repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to address for, literally, over 3 years. I somehow have access to some bug report sub forums, but not all, and still can't post in other areas.

Browser: Any. Tried Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.
Time of occurrence: All the time for 3 years. This is, in fact, the first time I have ever been able to post anything and I still lack access in most areas and even posts I already submitted I no longer have permission to edit or add to.
How the issue occurred: Unknown. It just never worked, and since it's not possible to contact a mod or admin directly, and since phone support doesn't get involved in the forums, there was no way to get help.
Operating System: Tried Windows 10, Windows 7, and Android.
Location: Every sub forum except this one, at the moment, and including this one before today.

Elliander, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can an admin please look into this? Phone support says they are not able to help me with the forums, and I have no way of knowing if I will even be able to reply to this thread or post again. Also can't edit my post over there, and I can't find any option to contact moderators or admins directly, not even from their profiles.

I think your previous thread was moved to a sub-forum where nobody can post in.
That said, I've no idea on why you can post here but not on the general forums.
