This is less of a bug and more of just a small oversite.

In the quest No Wealth Like Mineral Wealth, there is a line of dialogue that Says Eorsia instead of Yanxia. The quest giver is Gyorin at X:16.8 Y:31.1 Z:0.1 hope this helps fix it.
