Unable to login

Hey, for the past two days I've been getting this error "unable to obtain character data due to server congestion" I can't login on my character which is pretty annoying. I have so far tried to delete and resintall the game with negativ results. Hopefully someone can help me here! Btw, I don't play on PS4 but PC.

Same here . PS4 . Moogle server. Managed to login only once since EA began. Rest of the time : "unable to obtain character data due to server congestion". It never gave me a queue count.

So what happens now? We paid for the game and both are subscribers but can't play the game ;p?

Well currently I'm getting the 22.7gb download bug once per day (see: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...logging/page31) and when my daily 7 hours of download are done I get the "unable..." message for hours.

Sometimes I can login aroud 3 am but not guaranteed. I managed to achieve it once last Saturday and played a bit.

199 euros Collector Edition btw.

lol, at that point I'd simply cancel my subscribtion and put my money somewhere else... So, is there anyone from technical support who read threads here?

you should still be able to log in even if that message appears. It just means that the login server is not loading you character appearance because it is congested. Then again I've been in queue for 35 hours total since EA started. At this moment i'm just paying to be in a queue

Hey, the thing is that I can't! I know when you get that message you should still be able to enter the game, but when I click on my char name, which normaly puts me in 4 hours queue, at current stat of the game, it simply throws back that login error at me.. So basically nothing happens....
