Tamamo Headband Hide Miqo'te Ears

After obtaining, and loving, the new Tamamo Headband, I've found it very awkward to use on Miqo'te. Is it at all possible to have the headband hide the ears of Miqo'te so that we don't have two pairs of ears sticking out? I've seen a couple other headpieces that remove the ears, albeit only as a full head covering, but in this case it would definitely make this headpiece fit better as a Miqo.

I'd rather them make the band portion thinner; it's waaaaaay to thick. Then our ears wouldn't clip the band and it would be easier to "hide".

Or they could just give us Miqo's a "fox ears" ear option. :O

With a full head covering, hidden ears are considered to just be tucked under it. With this, having your real ears disappear would look more like you'd had them amputated, which is really not the impression I'd want it giving. I'm not cutting off my ears just to wear a headpiece.

(Making the band narrower to lessen clipping would be good, though.)
