Say's I received a letter however Mog Mail is empty?

So earlier yesterday I received a letter notification, it was red letter icon and blinking and from what I know that means a GM sent me a message.
I went to look in my Mog Mail and it said no unopened letters, so I looked in opened letters and that was empty too, where as it's usually got a few fantasia/vet rewards letter there.
Now I'm wondering if this can be fixed. Cuz if it can't it means I can no longer receive any letters, including Mog Station items.

This is close to game breaking for me, and I really need a fix if any Mods/GMs can help. I've asked Support Desk, Reddit, Forums, SE Help Desk.

From what I know I'm the first person this has happened too where all my letters got completely deleted/removed and can't see any more.

If it's from a GM it's in the System menu under Support Desk, Decent Replies and Notices.

Messages from GM's also can be sent via Mail if they are personal ones, but still doesn't help that I can't receive any new letters and view my old ones. Really is a big problem

Fixed Now:

For anyone that may get this in the future-
My fix was to have a friend spam me letters in the same zone. Although didn't work the first time we tried yesterday
