So does that mean I won't be able to get #20 if I'm already passed that MSQ? Cause I missed it during that time >.>

Edit: Nvm. You can talk to one of the gatekeepers inside the Ala Mhigan Quarters and he will send you back into the water tunnels in case you missed it.

How cai i pass The Dairyu Moon Gates to continue the main story? Im stuck for 3 days... Thanks !

The Moon Gate is disabled at a certain point in the story. If its still up, you arent there yet. If you need to get to the House of the Fierce for a quest before then, use the hidden entrance. Ill tag this as a spoiler, just incase.

One of the quests in the lvl 64 section of the MSQ should have told you about the underwater passage that goes from the outskirts of Namai into the hidden base.

Theres no other way over there at that part of the story. The mountains are too high to fly over, the northern passage from Azim Steppes is blocked, and the Moon Gate blocks the sea entrance very effectively.

If you need to pass the Gates they should be open - they are unlocked during the main story.

What quest are you stuck on excatly? You might simply be overlooking something (maybe an alternative way or a hidden passage) and are not required at all to pass the Gates directly. If you could let us know the name of the quest you're currently taking on, we could help you better because the answer to your question right now is that they're unlocked through the main quest...
