    WHM Issue with Lilies: GMs please read

    I'll make this short and sweet.

    Please, tell me it is a bug that WHM's lilies are consumed when you run (action Bolt) in PVP. Please tell me this is a known issue and one that will be fixed.

    I've noticed that issue as well. What I haven't paid attention to is if it lowers the cooldown on Bolt?
