[Important Request] Option to resize screen on PS4

in a quest during stormblood i noticed that my tv was cutting off the text on the right side of my screen. i checked my HUD settings and everything is within the screen area so it must be the interface that i cant adjust. my tv doesnt have an option where i can fix overscanning so this is super frustrating and i dont want to buy a new tv. had the same issue with final fantasy xv and that was solved with a patch so this should be doable. please help, thankyou

While an overall screen size adjustment would be appreciated, you can already move most individual things to adjust for the issue. What text is it that's being cut off? Dialog box? Quest tracker? Item help? ....

Many things can be moved inward a bit using the HUD Layout menu.

Most of the things that don't appear in HUD Layout (dialog box, chat box, and various windows) can be dragged with a mouse or with a controller in mouse mode. (L1+R3 toggles on/off mouse mode (but do it when not on a window that assigns another meaning to L1, like switching between tabs). While in mouse mode, the right analog stick moves a mouse cursor and L2 and R2 act as left and right mouse buttons, so dragging a window would be holding L2 while moving the right analog stick.) In the case of the chat box, to drag it you drag the first "General" tab at the bottom, whereas to resize it you drag the upper right corner.

There are some notifications that cannot be moved by either method, but they tend to be in the center of the screen, so not likely to be what's getting cut off on the right edge.

a quest called Hard Blow, text appears on your screen on the right side that you cant move in HUD settings or drag with the mouse mode. it looks like its a part of the duty list HUD but its not because i have the duty list HUD box positioned within my screen area..
