Area and coordinates: The Churning Mists, The Dravanian Forelands and Outer La Noscea
Steps:
1. I have arrived at Moghome to continue earning Rep for the moogles.
2. Arrived at Moogle Beast Tribe Quest Location to discover I had no allotments left.
3. Continued playing as normal, logging off a few hours later.
4. Returned the next day to the Moogles to discover the quests non existant.
5. Went to Tailfeather in the Dravanian Forelands to discover I still had no Daily Beast Tribe Quest allotments.
6. Continued Checking my "Timers" window periodically for the last two weeks hoping the bug was brought on by Pre-Storm Blood issues.
7. Reached Level 70 and have no Beast Tribe Quest Allotments after two weeks.
8. Reported problem in game 6/14/17 and was told to write report here.

Beast tribe quests don't reset as long as you have one active in your log.

Also, as Baradaeg Ryssbhirsyn asked, did you have any active Beast Tribe quests that were not completed when you did try to interact with Tailfeather?
