Error 90002 made us lose Palace progress at floor 170

Good evening,
on June 21, my static and I were booted from an in-progress run of Palace of the Dead (floor 174) due to an error 90002. When we came back, we were back at the lobby room, and upon exiting our save had a KO on it, rendering us unable to continue on our way to floor 200. This is incredibly unfair: none of us died, but now we're facing the prospect of having to re-do 124 floors on account of a server hiccup.

I tried contacting a GM and they told me fixing it was beyond the scope of their services, instead directing me to the forums. I was streaming through Twitch when this happened and have video of the incident, so if required in order to ascertain the veracity of my claim, I'd be happy to provide a link to said video. I pray that there might be a solution (in the form of a rollback or a similar fix), because this has resulted in a very frustrating situation, being as my static and I invested many hours on getting to that point. It's been a week since my inquiry, with no reply. Should I be using other avenues to look for technical support for this? (I'm sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this, but I do want at least acknowledgment that this problem cannot be fixed, rather than getting ignored.)

To be honest, you probably best route of seeing what can be done is to create a support ticket that does not contact the GMs. These forums are mostly answered by other players and then can take months before techs respond.
