Steps:
1. Pick up level 67 quest "Eyes Bigger Than Her Stomach" in the Fringes
2. Use quest item "Burlap Sack" to capture Teleocerases in the 67 fate "The Tele-tale Hunt"
3. Monsters will no longer respawn for the fate, resulting in failure (I was alone at the fate, and caught 2 before they stopped spawning)
