Main Scenario Quest Confederate Consternation not being accepted

Steps:
1. Talk to Alisaie and get the initial dialogue for the quest chain
2. Confederate Consternation quest is not accepted and still showing the ! marker
3. Attempting to talk to Alisaie again doesn't do anything
4. The main map doesn't show a MSQ marker at all but the small minimap shows the ! marker on Alisaie


Edit: Relogging resolved the issue. Quest moved on to the next stage by itself and is working normally now.

I've gotten the exact same thing today. I've logged out and came back on and it's still not going. It shows it as I took it as my current quest, but nothing is in my journal nor can it progress. I've submitted a bug report on it, but not sure how long it will take to get a response back.

I had the same problem. Exiting the game and coming back worked for me. But the MSQ stopped showing up on my duty finder

Edit: Got it back by checking it on Journal, but not sure how it happened in the first place :<

Same here guys! I had just attuned myself to the Crick aetherite when I walked back over to Alisae and tried to accept her quest. It never appeared in my journal but it shows up as accepted in my chat log. The quest marker appears over her head but i can't accept the quest again. I think that maybe the journal itself is bugged because I tried abandoning the quest "Beastly Bandits" (it's a quest from Al Ghana) right before trying to accept "Confederate Consternation" and that wasn't removed from my journal.

EDIT: Logging out and back in seemed to progress the quest for both of us, but the quest did not show up in the minimap or the duty list for the entire duration of the quest. The only time the new MSQ tracker helped so far! Heh.

changing zone or job did not work either.
the quest is stuck and Alisaie doesn't do anything

1. Talk to Alisaie. Accept quest.
2. Alisaie and Lyse are no longer interactive. Quest appears as accepted in chatbox. Quest is not displayed in journal.
3. Log out to title screen and log back into the game. Quest now appears in journal and can be tracked normally.

Quest was accepted, MSQ marker over Allisaie's head but unable to interact with her or Lyse. Unable to continue quest chain. Quest is not in Journal, only way to see that it is active is on the Scenario Guide.

edit: Was able to progress after restarting the client, quest was still invisible until I went into the journal and manually flagged it to show up on my HUD.

Steps:

1) Clicked on Alisaie to start quest. Received dialogue and the two NPC's ran off.
2) Alisaie reappeared immediately with quest marker above head for same quest.
3) Tried to interact once again, will not interact and cannot continue on with story line.
4) Tried zoning out and zoning back in, no change.
5) At the moment I am waiting in queue to see if a restart will fix...

Note: Logging out and logging back in did fix the issue for me - Se please look into why this is happening for others. Thank you!

Trying to relog- Players in queue: 2,910 means ~3 hours of waiting
