Steps:
1. Attempting to add Bio I to the hotbar replaces it with Bio II.
2. Attempting to add Ruin I to the hotbar replaces it with Broil.

Note: if this is intended functionality, then insufficient in-game information is provided that would indicate this functionality to a user. Please correct this issue or provide added information that makes it clear these skills are not usable by the SCH class, rather than simply replacing them on the hotbar.
