Blizzara (bug)

The Spell Blizzara will not cast unless you are in point blank range of the target of the spell. The spell will simply not cast if you are too far away, and will use 420MP and will not deal any damage to the target.

1.Cast Blizara from a distance nothing happens but consumes the mp for the spell no damage done or enmity gained from using the spell.

2. Cast the spell up close at point blank range and the spell goes off and does the intended damage.
