Transfer fee

Hi, what is the transfer fee for going from one server to another? is it per character on that account or a one time fee for all characters on the same server being changed?

It can be used for multiple characters provided they're going from the same world and to the same world. It costs $18, ￡12.00, or €14.00, though this fee is waived if going from a congested world to a preferred world, or from anywhere to Omega (the only newly added world, in EU).
