Dragon sight is 10% for 20 seconds and can be used twice on this length of parse, that is not an insignificant amount of damage they are missing just because one of their skills cannot be used solo. Considering it would be used in the opener as well, where most damage buffs are stacked multiplicative, for a ton more damage I would feel okay adding a lot to their parse.
