With the increase in cost for some abilities- is there a new rotation for 8/8 quality gathering with 600GP?

Its the same rotation as 3.0 but instead of two Utmost Cautions you only use it once. Just search any 3.0 guide on it, its the same. Way to much to type out the different branching paths during the gather.

(if IA procs replace DE with SM)
