    Unable to Server Transfer

    Has anyone experienced issues with trying to server transfer? I keep getting the message "Unable to server transfer. Please wait until 90 days has elapsed." I just want to transfer to a server that is closer to my location to enjoy smoother gameplay and yet I am hit with this message. The horrid lag and latency coupled with continuous diconnections and 90k error messages are simply too much to handle at once repeatedly. I am trying to transfer to Faerie...NOT any of the worlds listed to have character creation/transfer halted on.

    Looking at the congested server list, looks like Faerie is under temporary restriction (has an x next to the server name in the list). It's not congested enough to qualify for the transfer incentives, but it is likely experiencing a high enough load during expansion release that it can't very well handle any new players at the moment.

    This error message has nothing to do with congestion or that any server is closed is telling you that you can not use the transfer until after 90 days has passed. Have you done anything recently with your account that would prompt the system to tell you this?

    Honestly, I have not done anything recently. I just do not understand this at all. I will try to look more into and perhaps put in a ticket for support. It just seems really strange that I get this message. I never used their customer support for anything but I hope they can at least tell me what is happening. I can still play the game, it is just really difficult with lag, latency, and consistent disconnections/90k error messages. Perhaps this will all fix itself when everything settles down. I am trying really hard to be optimistic but failing miserably...sigh
