PC reinstall

Is there a way to do a faster reinstall of the game on PC? I had to format my wife's computer, and I need to put the game back on. I have it installed on my own computer and want to know if there is a quick way to do it. I know with FFXI you can copy the .dat folders that contain the files from one PC to another, can that be done for FFXIV?

Are we talking Steam or None- Steam.

For None steam:

1. Copy the full folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn and save on your hard drive or back up drive
2. With the Launcher open go to Config - Backup Tool - Click Back Up (This will save your personal preferences in game.
3. Save your Screenshots from the designated Folder you set them to save to.
4. Uninstall FF14
5. Install FF14 but don't Log Into the Game
6. Copy the Folder you saved at step 1 and replace the folder currently there, this will over write all the older data with the latest patches etc...
7. Open Launcher and go to Config - Backup Tool - Click on Restore (This will amend in game settings)
8. Enter your Username, Password and Security Code and press Play
