I'm happy to say, over the many years, most of my requests have been implemented.
From Squall's outfit, to auto-resummon minion on login.

Let us look forward though~

1) I bought the CE, I love the art book, but could you distribute digital copies of the pages? Also could you sell digital copies of the art books past and future?
I'd like to use them as wall paper for my gaming desktop.

2) World passes
FFXI had a way to visit other worlds/servers for a day or limited time period.
This would make it easier to hang out with our friends on high pop servers, without actually overloading those servers. Or hang out on low population servers, either way.

3) Class challenge
We've made it to three expansions! Yet some people like to claim they know their class/job better than others.
Make'em prove it!
Create a class challenge for each role category and for each class.
Post the rankings online, similar to POTD.
Are you world first WHM? Top RDM?
(I miss FFXI's Maat fights)

4) Chocobo / Companion system
We like our Chocobos. With the implementation of deep dungeon, and Chocobos taking party slot, we hardly see them any more unless we're solo'ing.
I'd love to see a Chocobo forest dungeon or side system (Android, iOS) where we can deep dungeon with our Chocobos. (Party or solo)
Dig up treasure? Soothe our Chocobo's fears?

5) Retainers -> role expansion
You've said before that introducing a new tank class/job doesn't mean more players will want to tank.
So how about expanding the retainer system to provide for AI tanks and heals in lower / non-full party instances?
Maximum one AI per party.
You'd still be required to level a tank class to cap your retainer, then that retainer can tank for your DPS class.
DPS queues are one of the biggest complaints I see in game today, followed by server queues.

6) RDMs should not wear robes...
It's very hard to fence in a robe. Moving around back and forth, you'd trip.
Please consider introducing more short body piece with RDM in mind.
Also if you could make the 63 dungeon body dyeable, that would be awesome. (see bottom)

7) Free company
It would be nice if we could have two FCs; one primary, housing, buffs, etc, the second one for social or raising.
Players often refuse to use linkshells to form/maintain social groups, requiring you must be and FC member instead

8) Cross IP events
We really like the cross game events. Dragon Quest, Lightning, Sweet Buns.
Please keep branching out, and please do not hesitate to reach out to other companies.
I know quite a few people's heads would explode over FFXIVxKH3 on release.
