Hempen Camise/Pantalettes for all Races - Still a thing?

I would like the highlander camise and pantalettes permanently deleted and replaced with something sensible personally.

Or, once this change is implemented, you can wear whichever of the pantalettes you prefer.
Options increased.

Without removing stuff from the game, and depriving people who may like it from having it.
Options not decreased.
