    PS3 to PS4 Transfer Question

    Please move this if this isnt the right place to post this, thank you

    I used to play this on PS3 and getting a PS4 really soon, I wanted to know how exactly does the transfer work and what exactly am I getting for free from Square? Am I just getting the base game (A Realm Reborn)? Will I have to buy heavensward again?And will i have to download every patch up to Stormblood?

    Don't quote me as I don't play on PS3/4 - But I'm fairly certain that the PS3 being made to PS4 license included both base game and Heavensward (As Stormblood has no PS3 variant). As for the patching, yes. You will be patching up to the most recent install, as you are installing the game on the new system.
