Say's I received a letter however Mog Mail is empty?

So earlier today I received a letter notification, it was red and blinking and from what I know that means a GM sent me a message.

I went to look in my Mog Mail and it said no unopened letters, so I looked in opened letters and that was empty too, where as it's usually got a few fantasia/vet rewards letter there.

Now I'm wondering if this can be fixed. Cuz if it can't it means I can no longer receive any letters, including Mog Station items.

You see that button in the top right corner? The letter with an arrow pointing at it. Try clicking that and see if that fixes the problem.

Is it a in game support mail? did you contact a gm recently?

Haven't touched the Support Desk at all, only after I got the problem.
And I 100% sure I haven't done anything worth a GM sending me anything in mail
