yes the dps it self have mostly been moved to main rotation side but what i meant is instead of just simply removing phle to make rotation shorter they gave us 5th part for our combo and also you'll be using mirage dive instead of leg sweep
and yes 4300 dps on susano i remembered it wrong as that number is from end of first phase and now i did few more runs in there and ended up with 3400-3500 dps all the time. SAM was 300-700 ahead of me

That sounds waaaay more accurate. I have died once or twice in susanoo and still pulled 3100. So that sounds about right.
you should have 100% uptime on BotD/LotD regardless of those mechanics, they've made me miss 1 nastrond at mostSusanoo in particular have churning, levinbolts, levinbolts+stun, sea splitter and if you get stuck on one of those rocks it's very likely to cause you to drop eye stacks depending on how much time you have left on botd/how long it takes for people to break you free.
Even then I consistently do more than that on Susano barring rocks (which I now know target 4th in agro) since I still was i308 with the i310 weapon (I haven't parsed on drg since I've gotten my weapon).
The samurai being 300-700 ahead of you is exactly the point we have been trying to make. That is absolute nonsense that DRG is so far behind even with the offensive utility we provide, the fact that our core mechanic is so punishing shows that something isn't adding up here. High risk low reward is just stupid (unless you are a masochist).
I've been saying since expansion that SE should give Drgs back their 10% debuff to help even out the melee classes. It would be an easy fix, would not make Drgs overpowered, and right in line with other "normal" melee (mnk & nin). However with the massive utility that bard brings and their 100% uptime (brd auto attacks don have to face the mob like old days) giving back the 10% debuff may make brds TOO overpowered. (Im not gonna touch the MCH conversation)
Im sure some one already said it, but now I'm thinking they should buff FC and WT. They are the only two skills that didn't get buffed from expansion. Move those bad boys from 290 to 310, because you are using those two skills 4 times out of every 11 CDs.
I love hardcore raiding and love drg. While you can clear savage with almost any standard comp, a raid group will always want to optimize their raid dps... So please SE don't make me have to play another class in raid because you gimped drg.

The 2nd one in the lance mastery combo is 320 potency due to the trait. Just sayin.
Some say Dragon Sight is manageable but that still doesn't make it a good mechanic. MNK's Brotherhood is 15y. RDM's Embolden is also 15y. These are AoE effects. Dragon sight is less than half the range for 1 person. I'd rather it become a trait that lowers the CD of BL+gives 5% damage. Our raid dps would be decent then.

In my opinion...
Remove blood for blood, roll it's damage buff into Dragon Sight (becomes 25% damage up for 20 seconds). Make Dragon Sight 10% damage up on tethered player. Change it's cooldown to be that of Blood for Blood.
Make BoTD give some form of eyes. Separate eyes into their own resource.
Sounds like it'd make it work, huh?

Never said im using mirage dive instantly after jump etc i just said that the skill lock down your skills for 1s compared to jump that just lock you in place but still allow you to tag an attack right after it. It shouldn't do that.
The problem with the 5th combo is that it's uninteresting at best, it was much better and interesting to have rng place your attack instead of being fixed even more. Yes DRG is THE rotation dps class but that pushing thing a bit too far in my opinion.
The rotation is just longer and feel slow, it's still relatively the same it's just the priority order changed quite a bit (being SSD => GS => jump if you want to keep everything tidy instead of GS whenever BoTD allow it and weave jump/ssd in your rotation as a free form way to pace your dps while now you have to be careful as when you use 'em) but it still feel.. wonky.. when playing it compared to others class you feel that they gimped us somewhere and it's hard to put a finger in it outside calling out on the long cd and wind up for nastrond.
