I have been working on collecting data on skill speed shifts as I have been leveling my monk. because we can see a visible effect of skill speed in the game reflected in the timers. currently I am up to level 67. I missed one level, which was 63. I have double checked some numbers to see if there is a .5 shift.
  • 60 - BASE: 354 - FIRST SHIFT: 361 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 26.5
  • 61 - BASE: 355 - FIRST SHIFT: 363 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 29
  • 62 - BASE: 356 - FIRST SHIFT: 364 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 32
  • 63 - BASE: 357 - FIRST SHIFT: - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT:
  • 64 - BASE: 358 - FIRST SHIFT: 368 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 39.5
  • 65 - BASE: 359 - FIRST SHIFT: 370 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 42
  • 66 - BASE: 360 - FIRST SHIFT: 372 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 46
  • 67 - BASE: 361 - FIRST SHIFT: 374 - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT: 51
  • 68 - BASE: - FIRST SHIFT: - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT:
  • 69 - BASE: - FIRST SHIFT: - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT:
  • 70 - BASE: - FIRST SHIFT: - SHIFT AMT POST 1st SHIFT:

given that Critical and Direct Hit Rates have the same base stats. I am wondering if the formula for their progression is the same. so at level 67, it would take 51 points of critical hit rate to make 1% increase. Therefore, each 1 point of critical hit rate would be equal to roughly 0.0196% crit rate increase. In theory then, against a level 67 monster, 0% critical rate would start at 272 stat points.

I will continue to update I as level up.
