Underwater housing

Forget about Ishgard or Shirogane, we need underwater housing !!!
Just love to see those little fish flying above my head

Honestly, underwater housing is the perfect time to do what most MMOs do and have fully instanced housing.

For example, Wildstar housing is all set in the sky. No reason to not have a bunch of housing plots set underwater with FFXIV.

Between the two, I really wish we got fully instanced houses.

I have no desire to purchase a house while knowing it might vanish if I get tired of the game for more than 45 days.

Consdering how long it took them to just add a new housing zone... and how little house are available, I wouldn't hope too much

after seeing the raen village, underwater housing became the only thing i really waanted in the game

I still maintain at the end of 2.0 players should have a quest to be presented with a private plot of land by their starting nation. There's no reason the Warrior of Light should be homeless, really.

Oasis for Ul'dah
Private Island or Hidden Cove for Limsa
Waterfall/Lakeside for Gridania

Make the plot twice as big as large with the player free to make a small, medium, or large house on it, depending on how much gil they want to sink into it. So many issues would be solved. As for underwater/sky housing, make it available for finishing 3.0 and 4.0

If only they would do this.... everything in this game always pits one player against another in some monotonous be the first or be left out mentality. Instance housing should of came sooo long ago. Given the option to place any house on your plot given how much you choose to spend is such a great idea as wel.
