3 aussie friend's also had a fast download for this patch, so perhaps localization makes a difference and perhaps its not such a lottery after all.

Something tells me that feedback in which SE's software works properly for something like only 1 out of 10 people on a good day isn't very encouraging. It's a pretty bad situation however you look at it.

OFC, but the 9/10 people who are having problems WILL complain. Its upto the 1/10 to which the system is working for to also give their feedback.
