Error 90006 for every queue, Duty Finder broken?

Any and every attempt at going into a roulette is met with a disconnect and error 900006. This error occurs AFTER waiting for near 30 minutes to an hour in queue. After logging back in I am not in the instance even though my character location when logging back in states I am. The stall before the error is similar to what I experienced with the broken instances battle that plagued early access.

I am having the same issue on Lamia I sued with a group of fc members and we all got kicked and then had to wait in que

Every time I go DF or POTD I get disconnected then qued for nearly 35 minutes, I gave up trying cause I can't play the game and not able to advance in it which is really frustrating, i seriously think to cancel my subscription this is getting ridiculous.

Behemoth here, same thing on entering duty finder instant error and kicked.

All of us playing from PC

Same issue with us too. Every time we queue for the dungeons (specified + roulette), we get the 90k/3k error.
We all decided to log back in + waited for some time before queuing for dungeons and got crashed.
This is like, our 5th or 6th kick from the server.
I guess the Dungeon server is just dead.

Happening on Aether, more than enough reports to confirm that duties are broken at this time.
