Recieved my physical copy for stormblood on the ps4, enter the 12 digit code on the psn store and it says it is already used even though it's fresh out the box. Any ideas? Kinda worried am not going to be able to play after early access![]()

Think it may be the same issue mentioned here (also about fresh out of the box codes not working):
Hopefully they'll come up with a solution before the 23rd.Greetings,
We’re aware some customers are having trouble when redeeming their PS4 Stormblood Standard Edition game codes. Some codes are either showing as invalid or providing only Early Access rights.
We’d like to sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Early Access rights last until June 23rd so you will still have game access if you’re affected by this. Please keep an eye on our official channels for updates.

Same issue for me. Brand new ps4 copy in wrapping, try to use code and says its already been used. Contacted support by email and waiting for reply now.
Contacted support also. Good to know others are having issues as well (good in the sense that it's not just me)![]()
Hopefully everything is resolved before early access ends!
Having the same problem here. I got my brand new disc copy yesterday, opened it and code said invalid. I got in touch with squareenix's support and used their chat to talk to a guy, he asked for my code etc. Today I tried the code again and it says it's been used so at first I thought the guy stole it but seeing other people randomly getting this message made me feel a bit less panicked.
Either way this is really not good enough, we paid full price for the expansion and shouldn't have to be worrying if the codes will work or not. I think early access might be causing a problem on PSN, maybe they're confusing those codes with the full game.
Please fix this soon so us good old fashioned disc users can relax and know our money wasn't wasted on an unusable code.
I have the same thing...
BUT
RESOLVED? FIXED? I still have the same problemWe have investigated the issue and can now confirm that it has been resolved.

I had a reply from support. They are aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved by the end of early access and will email me a new code when they have one.
Same here... with an another Early Access Code instead the Licence of Stormblood.
I contact them via Live Chat and I had to fill up a Webform... now I receaved 2 emails from SE telling me "We are sorry for this bla bla bla If you have received Early Access instead of the full game, don?t worry you will still be able to access Stormblood areas for now." ... for now? I can understand that you needs time to fix the problem etc but I don't want to stop play the game from tomorrow because there's this problem. Tomorrow will ends the Early Access... what can we do if you still didnt fix the problem?
Its quite sad honestly
