Used Job boost on lvl 60 Ninja

I ended up using the job boost on my lvl 60 Ninja, I sent in a ticket and was told to come to the forums so here i am. I was wondering if at all possible was there a way to get the boost back to lvl up another job. Yes i was behind in the story, i thought at the time the item was simply just that to jump ahead in the story.

There are two items for jumping ahead in the story (depending on how far you want to jump): "Tales of Adventure: A Realm Reborn", and "Tales of Adventure: Heavensward". Either will progress you through the main story quests (up through the end of ARR, or up through the end of HW, respectively), but will not level up a job.

It sounds like you instead bought "Tales of Adventure: One Ninja's Journey I", which works the other way around: it will level up a job (NIN in this case) but won't progress the story.

In most other cases I've heard about people accidentally buying a different item than they intended to, SE has been no help in exchanging the purchased item for the desired one. I doubt there will be an option for jumping ahead in the story other than just eating the sunk cost and going back and also purchasing the ARR or HW jump as well.
