I honestly believe you did all you could, and it's not fair for people to be mean toward you, though I do think we all had a right to be mad. People are going to gripe, and I think they had every right to. Still, I do think it's a good idea to acknowledge that issues were taken care of, and some people had to have spent hours on their side of things trying to figure out what the issues were and how to get around them. He's been up for two days working on this. He is doing what he can. Would you rather have more of the crashing and lockouts? This "band-aid" fixed most of the major problems.
