Not sure if any other Beastmen classes show this, but Kobold Prelates seem to be too powerful.

They cast Punishing barbs really fast after it their timer runs out. And Shadowsear at the same speed. Like 5 seconds after they finished one spell they would do it again.

Anyone else notice?
