    Stormblood Registration Code & Pre Order Codes: Invalid!

    Ok I'm at a loss of words at this point. I have the Steam version of A Realm Reborn and Heavensward CE both on Steam so I know the drill. I put my Stormblood product code into Steam and it says it's installed. Since 2 days before Early Access I have put in 4 different codes that SE has provided me via email or the hard copy of the game. They sent me an email one time saying there was a "printing error" with their Steam versions and that the code I am missing is inside my hard copy. I just opened my Steam CE of Stormblood, put the newest code into the mog station and guess what? INVALID!

    I'm close to asking for a refund at this point, it has been over a week and still, no working mog station code... $230 dollars spent and no product to play.

    Not sure about steam but on my normal copy, I forgot to put dashes where they should go, and mistook an O for a 0, that sort of thing always gets me lol.

    Hope you get this resolved.

    Okay so this is super unfortunate, and I'm not sure of your situation, but when my friend bought the steam copy of FF14 and then bought a copy of Heaven's Ward off of the Square Enix store they were not compatible. Apparently you can't mix and match, you have to stick to steam if you purchase on steam and vice versa. They also would not give him a refund..

    I have all 3 versions on Steam, not the problem here. All 3 installed in my steam library as well with CD keys attached to them. This is a mog station printing error that keeps continuing and is not being resolved for me.

    Im in the same boat, I purchased everything through steam, go to mogstation and codes are invalid, I even removed the collectors addition from steam and bought the standard addition with a whole new code... that didnt work either. Steam support was awesome and reversed that so Im back to having my original ce cd keys but nothing budges when it comes to registering in the mog station.

    Hopefully square enix gets to us soon! everyone thinks raughban was bad, thats nothing compared to being stuck at alphinaud because our CD keys are invalid

    my wife and i also have this issue. we bought ARR and HW through steam and just last night bought SB but when we went to enter the registration keys in the mog station they kept coming up as invalid. we were up until 5am just trying to figure out why it wouldnt work.
