Ok, so after dealing with the useless entity that is SE Customer Support, I am beyond frustrated. I have had a ticket in for about a week with the only response being a cut and paste script that tells me what I already know and provides zero help. Spent an hour on the phone on hold with no answer, and then 3 hours in chat support queue before finally getting someone to respond, BUT I was in the restroom for 5 minutes and that just happens to be when they decided to finally respond, so they disconnected after 2 minutes of waiting.

Ok, now that I've vented that frustration, to the matter at hand.

I used my 18 digit preorder code to get my 20 digit early access code to play Stormblood before official release. CHECK! Now that it's past that point, the game is requiring me to enter in a mysterious 3rd code that I never received in an email or other avenue of communication. Entering in the 20 digit code I had before of course yields no results but an error message indicating that it has already been used. So my question here is where the hell is this mysterious code hiding? Was it supposed to be sent in an email? Snail mail? Carrier pigeon? Smoke signal? Please someone help me out. I've been dying to play FFXIV, but there's no reason unless I have SB access.
