That's my big concern bring reprisal or a stun or a silence, find i like to use reprisal before big aoe stuff or tank busters. Feels like dps have enough stuns they can handle those mechanics.

Yeah, that's my general feeling about it too. Maybe take stun or silence in a raid that you know requires it if you are planning on OTing, but most of the time I would go for another defensive. I've been using the same as you. I feel the last one (Anticipation) can be swapped around for more situational needs based on content but for the most part that seems like a solid general use line-up for role skills.
