Anyone else having a hard time with -ara spells?

Happened to me once. I went to case Blizzara and instead of actually casting the spell, it went into cooldown and nothing was cast.

k so its not just me, that happened to me too.
i read someone else saying blizzara is acting like a WS for some people?

so far things are really buggy.
