Information on the The Ruby Sea: Shoal Rock, Tome of Ichthyological Othard fish is still missing. Has anyone figured this one out yet?

The market prohibited "Harutsuge Sprag" quest fish isn't the same as the fully-grown and endangered "Harutsuge." The "Harutsuge" can be sold on the market-board and put in an aquarium.

I've, personally, had no luck with this fish, using both Live Shrimp and Bream Lures for all weathers, and with and without snagging.

Fish Eyes doesn't do anything, and nothing can be mooched in this hole.

edit: Although, I haven't tested for any transitional weather requirements. - I'm not that devoted...

It's probably a time/weather window with Fish Eyes. We had the same thing with another folklore fish in another zone and Fish Eyes is only able to be cast during the correct window. Just going to take a lot of trial and error. I'll be sure to update the spreadsheet as soon as we find it though!

I try not to post on these forums but since this spreadsheet was super helpful, sweatfish at Azim Khaat is caught with stonefly larva (new yellow scrip bait) and reduces into everdeep aethersand. All day/any weather as far as I can tell.

To OP: Hey I have been doing some modifications to the StormBlood Fishing guide. If you approve these modifications i can send it you to look over. Here is a few screenshot of what I've been working on so far. I used Vlookup for quick searches for specific fish and created a tab with hyper links through out the entire spreadsheet. It's a working progress but need your opinions and approval before it can be shared.
