Apartments are opening up in Balmung

Hello! With people recently transferring off of Balmung I've came across random apartment buildings having a empty room or two. All of my friends seem to have one already so posting here in case someone on Balmung might like to get them
Locations:

The Goblet ward 2, Sultana's breath Subdivsion
The Mist ward 2 Topmost AND Subdivision seems to have a empty room. (The subdivision is actually where MY apartment is so we'd be neighbors!)

So yeah while there is only three in total (could be more i'm not checking all wards) I'm hoping someone who been wanting one will get a chance at one of them.
