In order to improve the speed and quality of customer service requests with the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood, we will be temporarily closing webchat support for the North American SQUARE ENIX Support Center for June 20, 2017.

By having our Support Center agents focus exclusively on handling email and phone contacts, we will be more able to quickly resolve time-sensitive issues that may arise at launch. During this time, we will also be making improvements to our webchat support system to improve webchat support in the future.
