Nope, NA physical collector's edition here, and the code I got for accessing it digitally doesn't look anything like an SE account code and Mog Station won't accept it. I'm not gonna panic because I have access via my PC standard edition, but the PS4 box won't be coming for two days.Looks like it only effecting EU codes, Cause I have a NA physical copy of SB for PS4 enter in my code and it accepted it then logged into the game and it popped up with the register screen and everything looks good for me on mog station. So yea looks like it only effecting EU copies, SE must really have a thing out for EU people.
That cause it not a SE code? If it for PS4 it will be a 12 digit code and enter it into PSN on the playstation store not the mog station. Cause mine was a 12 digit code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and entered it on PSN and everything worked fine for me. Same problem here. Initially accepted code, then nothing.
Re-entered the code to now be told its been used but no entry on PS4 service list.
On PS4 Pro - EU physical copy purchased from Squeenix's own store.
Have checked the region code is correct also.
This same thing happened to me and I got my copy 2 days ago. Any idea when this issue will be resolved. I wouldnt have bought it if I knew I wouldnt be able to play it...
SAME HERE i have disc from 20.7.and still not able to play game is registred on my account http://eu.square-enix.com/en/account/8641598 but no under mog station open games.I send email to SC and after 6 days nothing at all Great service BIG S.is there any tlf nmbr in europe to talk with them coz USA nmbr is not free and waiting for 2,,,3 hrs can be expensive too.
I have the same issue and have my ticket now waiting for an email. Will there be some form of compensation for players that this has happened to. I have paid a lot of money to my sub and for the expansion. I have had to wait in a que to play the game I have paid for. Not Acceptable
