[Gilgamesh][FC][LFM] <Dead> New FC of veteran players seeking members for Stormblood!

Hello!

We are Monster Party, an FC founded by returning veteran raiders who are seeking new friends to join us in Stormblood! We fit somewhere in the midcore to hardcore spectrum of raiding. Our current raid groups are full, but we are always accepting applications from skilled players.

Our goal is to build a tight-knit community of players and while we expect applicants to play well, attitude and personality are extremely important to us. We will want to speak with any applicants on Discord to make sure we are the right fit for you.

We are still accepting applications from all roles for additional raiders, crafters, and other skilled players who are looking for capable friends to play with but may not have the time to commit for progression raiding.


What to expect from us:
- Consistent high level play.
- Friendly competitiveness.
- Timely clears without the stress of a bleeding edge raid schedule.
- A relaxed atmosphere and social players.
- General weirdness.

What we expect from you:
- A good attitude.
- Reliability
- Maturity.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- High level class knowledge, and the ability to adapt to the changes coming in 4.0.
- Able to keep to our schedule and get in touch in advance if an exception needs to be made.
- Able to perform consistently well and quickly learn from your mistakes.
- Great communication both in and out of raids. Must be able to speak on voice chat.
- PC player with KB/M.

FFXIV raiding experience is not an explicit requirement, but if you're planning to raid with us prior MMO progression raiding experience is great and some sort of proof of your ability would be much appreciated.

Please note that character creation AND transfers to Gilgamesh are closed indefinitely. As such, we are currently only able to accept players who currently reside here.

And just to put in a word of my own:

As you're probably aware if you're scouring recruitment posts, 98% of them are basically identical ("we have a house; new/veteran players welcome; we are friendly and helpful" etc). So assuming you have the potential to play at a high level and think the hours look OK - why not stop by to find out what we're about? It's not like you can really tell the difference between any of these groups just by reading a short text post.

MMOs are inherently social games, and looking to fill out an FC or raid group is just as much about finding new friends as it is about finding good players. The other veteran members in this group have been some of my closest friends since I met them 3 years ago and have been a major positive influence on my life. Put yourself out there! I'm super excited to meet new talented players - maybe you will be our next pal!
